Bailing everybody else out

I've been reading many stories about our current financial crisis on various the websites of various news agencies.
I can't understand why this should be our crisis, instead of a grand opportunity.
I vote YES. Bail them out.
However, we should charge interest. It's our (my) money and I demand that they (our congress people) charge interest on that money, just like they do everybody else. If they are very, very, very nice they could charge 1%. That would lend a profit of 7 billion on a 700 billion dollar bail out loan. If they use the much more aggressive most common market lending strategy, used for credit cards, then the American taxpayer would see a 2.1 trillion dollar profit. That's enough money to fix the Social Security system many times over. As a matter-of-fact with this type of investment into the SS fund, everyone in the country should be able to retire at age 45, just like many of our congress people.

I'm sick and tired of our fat, over-paid politicians not taking advantage of their fat, over-paid education that we're paying for, to take these opportunities in hand and get us all ahead. Instead they usually find a way to fat, lazy, and let us all get caught in the cross-wind, the tornado, the hurricane, when the bottom drops out, or whatever type of caught with your pant down analogy you want to use. The gas crisis which they knew foresaw 50 years ago, bit us in the shorts. Now, this world financial crisis that they caused by forcing lenders to be much more aggressive then they would normally be has bit us yet again in the shorts. I could go on and on and I'm certain that many of you could go on and on also. However, my shorts are getting too many holes in them. In cases like this, we need to get a whole new pair of shorts. A pair of shorts that has a bite-proof bottom. One that uses it's intellect to foresee possible problems and build plans, prevention models, disaster recovery plans and systems. Something that these people know how to do, they are just too lazy to do it. I say, "FIRE them ALL!!!" get a new pair of shorts.
Love is very patient and kind, never jealous or envious, never boastful or proud, never haughty or selfish or rude. Love does not demand its own way. 1 Corinthians 13:4
